Andres C. Ramos, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ramos, Chief Executive Officer since January 2003. Prior to joining Symphony Medical, Mr. Ramos was Executive Vice President of Magna Medical Systems, a leading international integrator and packager of capital medical equipment, from February 2000 to December 2002; Vice President of Magna's International Special Projects Division from July 1997 to January 2000. Mr. Ramos has a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors degree in Accounting, both from the University of Miami.

Stephen M. Wagman, President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Wagman is responsible for overseeing all operational and financial aspects of SYMX, serving as President and Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Wagman brings more than 20 years of versatile business, operational and financial leadership to SYMX.  He joined SYMX from Technical Olympic, a $2.5 billion Fort Lauderdale-based, NYSE-listed homebuilder where he served as Chief Financial Officer and played a key role in the Company's restructuring and financing efforts.

Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of MasTec, a $950 million Miami-based, NYSE-listed contractor specializing in the building, maintenance and upgrade of communication and utility infrastructure systems.  At MasTec, Mr. Wagman was integrally involved in the Company's debt and equity financings, business development, financial planning, and several acquisitions.

Prior to joining MasTec, Mr. Wagman was the Chief Financial Officer of Peace Software, a venture-backed utility CIS software solutions provider based in Auckland, New Zealand and Miami.  Mr. Wagman supported top line revenue growth, international expansion, business plan execution, intellectual property protection and the 2006 sale of the business to First Data Corporation.

Mr. Wagman was also the Chief Financial Officer of Daleen, a NASDAQ-listed provider of customer management and billing software to telecommunications providers. Mr. Wagman led several financings at Daleen including its 1999 initial public offering.

Mr. Wagman was also a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PowerCerv, a NASDAQ-listed mid-tier enterprise resource planning application software company.  While at PowerCerv, Mr. Wagman was instrumental in their initial public offering and a number of business and technology acquisitions.

Mr. Wagman was a Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of International Data Matrix, Inc., a developer of high density matrix bar code symbologies and systems.  The data matrix symbology, readers and decoders were patented in the United States, Europe and Japan.  The Company was sold to a robotic vision firm in 1995.

Mr. Wagman holds a law degree from Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from The Ohio State University.  He is also on the Florida Board of Directors for the University of Miami Diabetes Research Institute Foundation.

Tom Cooley, Chief Information Officer
Mr. Cooley brings over 20 years of IT and business experience to SYMX Corporation by providing executive and technical leadership in industries such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, consumer product goods, software development and automotive.  Mr. Cooley has been directly involved in providing solutions in areas of e-commerce, inventory control, supply chain and vendor management and collaboration solutions as well as people and organizational development.  Mr. Cooley is member of several industry trade organizations, most notably HTNG and OTA, having chaired and participated in several thought leadership workgroups.  In addition Mr. Cooley has been instrumental in leading change and developing best practices methodologies in such roles as CIO, Technology Strategy & Planning, and Director of Development for companies like Microsoft, DaimlerChrysler, Coca-Cola Bottling Company and various contractors at NASA.  Mr. Cooley also bring business experiences that include M&A, project management, product and business development, technical sales, IT leadership and IT/business realignment and business consulting.

Michael Bellavance, Senior Vice President
Mr. Bellavance has more than 20 years of operations, logistics and sales experience in the technology sector and the medical industry. Prior to join Symphony Medical, he successfully developed and directed a state-of-the-art manufacturing operation for Nortel Networks, a Fortune 500 corporation. His main areas of expertise are customer-vendor supply chain integration, customer-driven demand processes, high-tech manufacturing and quality assurance systems. Mr. Bellavance holds an Engineering Degree from Polytechnic School, a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami, and is a member of the American Society for Quality.

Rene Santamaria, Corporate Controller
Mr. Santamaria brings to SYMX six years of public accounting experience. Prior to joining SYMX, he served as an assurance manager with Grant Thornton LLP. His experience includes supervising and coordinating assurance services rendered to publicly and privately-held clients in a variety of industries, with specific expertise in software and distribution industries. He has significant experience in performing integrated audits of publicly-traded companies and has provided consulting services on the implementation of Sarbanes Oxley compliance for publicly-traded companies. Mr. Santamaria holds a Masters of Accounting degree with a concentration in Accounting Information Systems from Florida International University and a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Miami. He is also a certified public accountant.

Randy A. Dayle, Project Management Professional, Vice President, International Programs
Mr. Dayle has more than 20 years of technology development, project and enterprise management experience, and accomplishments in diverse applications areas including biotechnology, healthcare, government/military, aerospace, e-commerce, and enterprise re-engineering. He has conducted numerous development, implementation, management, and performance enhancement projects for the military, government agencies, and private industry. Immediately prior to joining Symphony Medical, he focused primarily on designing and developing several cognitive, neurologic, and neuromotor rehabilitation technology devices, applications, and treatment methods. In addition to a Bachelors degree from McKendree College, he holds the international PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
