Walter Revell
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Walter Revell is the Chairman of the Board of SYMX Holdings Corporation, a global healthcare, infrastructure, finance, and development company.
He also is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, having served as Chairman of the Board from March 2015 through June 2018, Director of the company since 2005, and as a Director of certain predecessor companies beginning in 1993.
Mr. Revell also serves as Chairman of the Board of International Finance Bank, operating in Florida, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.
He also served as Senior Advisor to T.Y. Lin International, a global firm of consulting engineers and scientists, with offices throughout Asia and the Americas. T.Y. Lin is one of the largest engineering firms worldwide.
He was Secretary of Transportation for the State of Florida from 1972 to 1975, during the Askew Administration, and is a former Chairman of the Board of the Florida Chamber of Commerce.
He previously was a Director of The St. Joe Company, a large, diversified real estate company and major landowner (NYSE); Rinker Group Limited (Australia), a major producer of construction materials in several countries; Calpine Corporation, a major independent producer of electric power throughout the country(NYSE); Dycom Industries, Inc., a telecommunications and electrical services company (NYSE), and SunBanks, Inc., the Florida holding company (NYSE).
He is a graduate of Florida State University.
Andrew C. Ramos
President and CEO

Andrew C. Ramos was named Chief Executive Officer by SYMX’s Board of Directors in October 2007, and officially assumed the role on December 1, 2007. On February 8, 2010, SYMX announced that it had added Andrew to its Board of Directors.
Andrew is a versatile executive with significant international experience and a proven track record of driving growth and value creation across multiple industries. He brings more than 25 years of insight to SYMX’s business, strategy and operations, having held various leadership roles within the company from 2003 to the present date.
Andrew has extensive experience with several multinational firms. He served as COO of Magna Medical Systems, from 1999 through 2003, where he executed a comprehensive change program and implemented a new operating model focused on enhancing growth across the organization. Additionally, he served as board director of Symphony Medical, Inc. from 2001 through 2007, and is former chairman of the compensation committee.
During his initial time at SYMX, Andrew held roles across the company’s businesses. As Group President, Operations, he was responsible for the multifunctional entity that served SYMX’s core business groups, including project execution services, engineering, global procurement, construction, industrial relations, project management, information technology and risk management. He brings an international perspective to SYMX, which has offices in more than 7 countries around the globe.
Andrew graduated from the University of Miami with a Master’s degree in Finance and International Business.
Chael Soler
Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

Mr. Chael Soler is Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of SYMX. His responsibilities include business development, management, client and government relations, human resources, legal counsel, contracting, international services and marketing activities for the organization throughout the world.
Mr. Soler’s vast experience in the healthcare industry dates to 2004 running several companies in the US and executing international projects.
Mr. Soler is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a degree in Business. He completed advanced courses and leadership programs at Landmark Education. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Mindo Futures, a non-for-profit organization that provides healthcare and educational programs in developing countries throughout South America and the Caribbean.
Alfred J. Magnan
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Alfred Magnan is a seasoned business professional with financial and leadership skills acquired through experience in the information technology, banking, and education sectors. As Chief Financial Officer for SYMX, he is responsible for strategic planning and risk management through leading the budgeting process, providing forecasts and financial analysis to guide decision-making, as well as Identifying and mitigating financial risks while Implementing cost-control measures to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida International University with Double Majors in Management and International Business and a Minor in Entrepreneurship. In addition, he has earned a Master of Science in Leadership with Honors Distinction from St. Thomas University.
Mr. Magnan has been actively involved in martial arts for over 40 years and spends his off time teaching martial arts and defensive tactics to adults including members of law enforcement and the military.
Timothy Callahan
Senior Vice President of Commercial Development

Mr. Timothy Callahan is the Senior Vice-President of Commercial Development for SYMX. Having over 40 years of healthcare industry experience with a broad-based understanding of acute care, outpatient sites, and the diverse provider markets, he is recognized for bringing innovation as well as an understanding and vision to market segments.
He has experience in global and domestic markets, establishing new start-up companies in entrepreneurial ventures as well as having held executive positions with Owens & Minor, Inc., a fortune 500 company, and as former Chief Operating Officer for SYMX.
He is a graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) with extended studies at the University of Michigan’s Executive Program for Leadership Development in addition to the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business for Advanced Executive Studies in Finance and Leadership.
Cindy Christofanelli
Vice President of Scientific and Clinical Affairs

Ms. Cindy Christofanelli is Vice President of Scientific and Clinical Affairs for SYMX. She has over 40 years of experience in healthcare leadership. She has extensive experience in healthcare contracting, expense management, value analysis and leading multidisciplinary teams. Ms. Christofanelli has led multi-facility teams for large multi-state healthcare organizations with a focus on clinically sensitive supplies, equipment, process improvement, and quality.
She received a BSN degree from Millikin University (Decatur, IL) and an M.S. degree from Southern Illinois University (Edwardsville, Il.). She is a Certified Healthcare Value Analysis Professional (CVAHP) issued from the Association of Healthcare Value Analysis Professionals (AHVAP) and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) issued by the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ).
